Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.

International Orders

We ship internationally, including to the UK, Canada, and the EU. Depending on your country's customs regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated at checkout. We're not able to predict or control these fees, but most orders clear customs without issue.
